As an Educational Psychologist, working with school going children for over 23 years, I highly recommend CogniBlocks for all young learners.
CogniBlocks is a meticulously worked out and structured programme that aids in cognitive development, critical in a child’s formative years.
The programme enhances numerical reasoning skills, auditory processing skills, concentration, visual perceptual skills, fine-motor control, creativity and social development in learners. The programme has also been a valuable tool in detecting potential barriers to learning., as well as identifying the necessity of further interventions through an occupational therapist, speech therapist or developmental specialist.
My 1st grader brought home a flyer for Cogniblocks and announced: ‘I want to do this.’
This extra mural was the only one on her wish list and as such we granted her this wish and enrolled her.
My child loves creating and building imaginary worlds out of any building materials she can get her hands on. She thoroughly enjoys her Cogniblocks lessons and often shows us what she accomplished in the week. Her attention to detail and memory has been enhanced by this program, and when as a family we are tasked with the same exercise, she is often better than the participating parents.
Thursday’s belong to her favorite days at school, as she looks forward to her Cogniblocks’ lesson.
I am a teacher, two of my pupils did CogniBlocks during 2023.
The skills that they learned from CogniBlocks translated directly into the classroom.
The creations that they were building with blocks, you could see CogniBlocks had such an impact in the way they built. They thought outside the box and their construction skills were amazing.
They were also able to comprehend Maths skills much faster. As an example we were doing bonds of 5 and they were able to just get them!
My son loved building Lego, but he’s structures were never sturdy so he used to cry when they fell apart. He joined so that he could learn how to build properly whilst learning important math concepts and to cultivate his mind into a young engineer.
My little one brought a CogniBlocks flyer home and was super excited about it so I decided to give it try especially since I was looking for something suitable to help with concentration, block building and math.
CogniBlocks ticked all the boxes.
CogniBlocks has helped her with being creative, concentration, building, numbers and maths all in
a fun and very interactive manner. Certainly keeps all children entertained and engaged.
